Many people visiting Vimhans are unaware / confused about the disease/problem they or their relatives have a lot of queries, and need advice / suggestions on choice of a specialist/ decision on other multiple inputs required in a patient, understanding of various packages, etc. These things require time and need to be patiently handled.
