Dance/Movement Therapy is a psychotherapy that uses movement to creatively look within and engage with one’s own emotions. It works on the principle that mind and body work in unity. It provides a platform for the individual to express their emotions in a safe space and process them. Thus, engaging with the human body can bring changes in the human mind and behaviour.

Drama therapy helps the people in therapy to express their emotion, process the emotions, solve the challenging situations and achieve therapeutic goals. It helps to unmask the layers of self and understand the emotions and thought better.
