Yes a non refundable deposit of Rs 10,000/ is charged and the date of surgery confirmed.

Daily billing status of each patient is prepared and delivered at bedside. Information can also be gained from the billing department directly.

Yes Vimhans is able to offer three categories of beds Single rooms/Double rooms and Economy wards .We will confirm the category and allot a package accordingly.

There can always be genuine reasons for cancellation. However acceptance of this reasoning is at the discretion of the treating surgeon and the management.

Follow up consultations are indicated on discharge summaries. Changes are possible in consultation with the treating doctor.

This is provided at the time of discharge .Rare situations neccessitate the patient leaving with a discharge prescription and the detailed summary being sent by courier or registered post at a later date.

These are handed over to patient and /or family at the time of discharge. For a fixed period the lab and radiology departments are able to provide duplicate reports at an extra charge.

Yes occasionally these are mandated if a patient or family insists on a consultant’s visiting the hospital after 09:00 PM.

This is not routinely possible. However, some exceptions can be made with permission of the management

Morning 8:00 am in the casualty as advised by your treating consultant.

For any admission one has to pay the full package amount in advance.

Before surgery one has to deposit the charges of surgery and the cost of consumables.

Only cash, credit card and drafts are acceptable for payment.

If your organization is empanelled with our institute we will provide mediclaim utilization to the extent of your cover.

Pickups and drops are outsourced to other agencies.

The hospital will provide food for the patient according to the dietitians instructions .The treating consultant may also give permission for home cooked food.

Every attempt is made to discharge by 02.00 pm on the day of decision by the treating doctors. However ,circumstances may necessitate a discharge at any time of the day.

No surcharges are routinely levied.
