We are looking for a Projects Assistant at VIMHANS!
An on-site job, your role will be:
This is the operational centre of the Managing Trustee's office. You will manage the daily rhythm of institutional coordination, communication and follow through across clinical, academic and administrative functions. The role requires someone who can move between a board presentation at 10 AM, a social media post at 11 AM and a vendor call at noon.
Specific Responsibilities:
Institutional Coordination
• Prepare agendas, take minutes and track action items to completion across departments
• Draft correspondence, internal communications and institutional announcements
• Coordinate with clinical heads, academic faculty and operations teams on behalf of the Trustee's office
• Manage vendor and agency relationships including designers, printers and event suppliers
• Organise institutional events, workshops and visitor coordination
• Maintain document management systems: filing, version control, institutional records Brand and Digital Presence
• Own and update the VIMHANS website ensuring services, team profiles and institutional narrative are current and clearly communicated
• Manage social media accounts with clinically appropriate content
• Maintain Google My Business listing: accuracy, reviews, photos and service information
• Coordinate production of brand collaterals
• Work with external design agencies on logo, visual identity and campaign materials as directed
• Prepare reports and presentations with clear data visualisation and professional formatting
Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of experience in institutional coordination, marketing, communications or executive support
• Strong written and verbal communication in English. Working proficiency in Hindi
• Demonstrated ability to manage a website and social media platforms independently
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace and basic design tools (Canva or equivalent)
• Experience preparing reports, presentations and institutional documents to a professional standard
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks without supervision
• Comfortable working in close proximity to senior leadership and handling confidential information
• Based in Delhi. Willing to work full time from the VIMHANS campus
Preferred Background:
• Prior experience in healthcare, education or not for profit sectors
• Exposure to event management or community engagement programmes
• Familiarity with healthcare communication norms and patient-facing content sensitivities
What This Role Is:
